A serious gym
you can actually
walk into.
Fifteen years on Highway 71, privately owned, never crowded. The racks and calibrated plates are here because a two-time Texas's Strongest Man trains on them — and the 26-station machine floor is here because most people who join have never touched a barbell in their life. Both are welcome. Neither gets a lecture.

What's in the building
63 pieces, countedEvery gym website says "state of the art equipment." Here is the actual list, by department, with the count. If the thing you need is not on it, it is not here.

- Cardio & Conditioning7

Most people here
are not powerlifters.
That is the part a gym with a name like ours has to say out loud. The biggest department in the building is the machine floor — 26 stations, every one with a seat, a pin and a diagram on the side. There are 11 cardio machines. Most of the room, most of the day, is people doing perfectly ordinary training.
Nobody is going to watch you. It is a private gym, not a chain, so the floor is quiet even at six. There is no class you have to keep up with and no screen ranking you against a stranger. And because members have their own key, you can come at five in the morning or eleven at night, when the building is yours.
If you would rather not work it out alone, someone is on the floor from six to six on weekdays, and showing you how a machine works is not a personal training session. It is just what they are there for.

Coaching
9 programmesEvery membership includes the floor. Coaching is what you add when you want someone else holding the plan.
- TR-01Strength & ConditioningCompound lifts taught properly, then loaded over time. The base everything else is built on, whether you are chasing a number or just want to carry your own bags.
- TR-02PowerliftingSquat, bench and deadlift, programmed toward a meet or toward a personal best. Trained on competition racks and calibrated kilo plates so the number is the real number.
- TR-03Weight LossTraining and eating handled together rather than separately, built around what your week actually looks like. No fads and no meal plan you will abandon by Thursday.
- TR-04Diet & Nutrition CoachingPractical nutrition counselling alongside your training — what to eat, when, and how to keep it going on a normal schedule.
- TR-05Sport-Specific TrainingOff-season and in-season work built for the demands of your sport, including the speed, agility and jump testing to measure whether it is working.
- TR-06Speed & AgilityAcceleration, change of direction and vertical work, measured on the Vertec rather than guessed at.
